Your city, as a
decision engine.

Not a guidebook. Not a map with pins. A named concierge who actually knows the place, sitting on a reasoned graph of every venue worth a visitor's time — trip planner, community wall, and deal clipper included. We build the whole thing on your city's intelligence and ship it in days, not months.

From raw city to live engine.

STAGE 01

Intelligence

We ingest the raw signal — points of interest, review corpora, event feeds, seasonal rhythm, and the local knowledge only your bureau holds — and reason it into structured facts about your city.

STAGE 02

Graph

Every venue is reasoned into place: category, neighborhood, concierge weight, and the why behind its slot. Curated, never scraped. The scarcity is the whole value.

STAGE 03

Persona

A named local concierge is grown on top of the graph — a node tree with taste and point of view, not a chatbot bolted onto a search box. It answers like someone who lives there.

STAGE 04

Ship

The config-driven city site goes live in production: concierge, community wall, trip planner, coupon clipper, and a scroll cinematic. Your domain, ready for traffic.

What's already running.

Real numbers, recomputed at every build — never hand-typed.

Revenue share, or fixed.

Option A

Flat build & host

A fixed fee to build your city and a predictable monthly to host it. Clean line item for a budget cycle, no revenue accounting, no surprises. You know the number before we start.

Option B

Revenue share

Little to nothing upfront. We share revenue against affiliate and merchant placement in your city. Our incentives point the same way yours do — a city that actually converts.

Option C

Hybrid

A reduced build fee plus a smaller share. The middle path most DMOs land on — some certainty for finance, real upside as the city compounds. Structure follows your budget cycle.

Exit clause

You own your data. Merchant lists, content, event calendars, community posts — all exportable. If the partnership ever ends, you leave with everything except the LocalTour tech stack itself. No lock-in, no hostage data. Twelve-month minimum on city builds, because the compounding only makes sense at that horizon.

Start here

Put your city next.

Tell us who you are and what you're sitting on. Every qualified inquiry is read by a real human — no form-field purgatory, no "a member of our team will reach out." Just a reply, usually within 48 hours.

The best fits already know their city cold: visitor bureaus with real local intelligence, DMOs tired of generic guidebook tech, chambers that want a member-facing surface that doesn't look like 1999.
