Three ways to
build with us.
LocalTour ships a new city in days, not months — and we're wired to extend the same speed to the people who make a city worth visiting. City marketing orgs. Local merchants. Creators with real audiences. Pick your track.
Want your city next?
We ship a new LocalTour city in under a week. Not a landing page with a map — a full decision engine: named concierge, curated business graph, community wall, trip planner, coupon clipper, and a config-driven scroll experience. Live in production.
Our ideal partner already knows their city cold. Visitor bureaus sitting on real local intelligence. DMOs frustrated by generic guidebook tech. Chambers that want a member-facing surface that doesn't look like 1999. Tourism boards with budgets that should be going into content, not CMS licenses.
A full city in a week
City site at yourcity.localtour.us (or your vanity domain), concierge persona, 100+ curated venues, initial community seed, scroll cinematic, ready for traffic.
Local intelligence & trust
Merchant relationships, neighborhood texture, event calendars, the unwritten "don't go there on a Tuesday" knowledge that makes a city guide actually local.
Revenue share or fixed
We'll work a flat build-and-host model, a revenue-share against affiliate & merchant placement, or a hybrid. Structure depends on your budget cycle.
You own your data
Merchant lists, content, community posts — exportable. If the partnership ends, you leave with everything except the LocalTour tech stack itself.
Get into the graph.
LocalTour's business graph is curated, not scraped. Every venue in a city has been reasoned into place — category, neighborhood, concierge weight, and why it earned its slot. That scarcity is the whole value.
If you run a business in one of our eight cities (or a city we're spinning up next), there are two doors: the curated door, and the partner door. The curated door is how you get picked by the concierge. The partner door is how you earn placement, boost affiliate priority, and show up in trip planner threads.
Free curated, paid priority
All qualified merchants can appear organically via the concierge. Paid tiers unlock affiliate boosting, richer content, coupon distribution, and community cross-posts.
Exclusive deals, tracked
Upload redeemable offers. Conversion analytics baked in. No ads — your deal lives inside the concierge's recommendation flow when it's contextually right.
Commission-aware, not ad-driven
The concierge knows which merchants are partners, but a partner status never beats a better recommendation. Good answer first, revenue second.
Under 20 minutes
One form. Hours, menu, photos, category, vibe tags, coupon (optional). We handle the graph integration and content polish.
Pick your door.
Earn from your audience.
If you make content about the cities we cover — food Instagram, neighborhood newsletter, city TikTok, travel YouTube, local podcast — the LocalTour affiliate program pays on actual outcomes, not pageviews. Every link is traceable, every booking or coupon redemption is attributed, every payout is transparent.
This isn't a link-in-bio refresh. It's a real affiliate rail that shares revenue from merchant partnerships the moment your audience converts.
Up to 25% on merchant revenue
Base rate on coupon redemptions and qualifying bookings. Volume tiers unlock higher splits. Paid monthly via ACH or crypto.
Session-honest, not last-click greedy
30-day cookie, server-side tracking, no dark patterns. We don't steal the last click on our own platform.
Custom link builder & dashboard
Deep-link any venue, city, or collection. Real-time analytics. Export CSV. Embedded widgets for newsletters and blogs.
Co-published city collections
Top creators can publish curated drops inside a city's community wall. Your name, your picks, your cut on every conversion.

Questions, answered.
How is this different from Yelp, TripAdvisor, or a city blog?
We're curated, not scraped; contextual, not star-rated; and commission-aware without being commission-captured. The concierge is a named local with a node tree, not a review aggregator. Shorter answer: we're a decision engine, they're a directory.
What cities are you building next?
We're actively scoping Las Vegas, Nashville, Austin, Denver, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Kansas City, and Portland. If your city is on that list, we want to hear from you yesterday. If it isn't, tell us why it should be.
Do you take equity or cash?
For most partnerships, cash or revenue share. For city partnerships with strong strategic fit (a flagship city with deep tourism infrastructure), we'll consider structured equity arrangements. We don't take creator equity — that's just commission.
Can I partner with you and SH@W Labs across multiple products?
Yes, and several of our partners already do. SH@W Labs runs 17 products — if your brand touches hospitality, legal, work, or lifestyle, there's probably more than one surface we can build on together. Start with LocalTour and we'll route the rest.
Who owns the content created for a partnership?
You own the content you contribute. We own the platform and our editorial additions. Community Wall posts remain the property of their authors under our content license. Detailed IP terms are in the Partner Agreement — we send it before any work begins.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Merchants and creators: no minimum. City partnerships: 12 months minimum because the build work and the compounding only make sense at that horizon. Month-to-month hosting extensions are available after the initial term.
Pick a track.
Send an email.
Every partner email is read by a human within 48 hours. No form-field purgatory, no "a member of our team will reach out." Just a reply.
