Peter Cho runs an ever-changing preset menu of Korean cooking built on Oregon ingredients out of what's basically his family's courtyard in Kerns. Noodle and dumpling nights, the occasional karaoke, kids underfoot. It's minimalist and chic but it eats like somebody's home, which is the whole point.
