Upstairs from The Optimist in Germantown, Le Loup is a little slice of Paris where the wine list is curated with care and the cocktails lean vintage and moody. This is my late-date spot, the one I save for the person I actually want to talk to over a glass instead of shout over a honky-tonk band.
