The Midwest's biggest specialty brewer, brewing on Southwest Boulevard since 1989 - about as close to KC beer scripture as it gets. The Beer Hall pours the freshest lineup in town with a rooftop, tours, and a gift shop. I stay evenhanded on burnt-end joints, but on Tank 7 I'll take a side.
